Refund policy

As the owner of Lakewish, Co., I'm 100% committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, I'm here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item for a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at bridget@lakewishco.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
  3. Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Custom or personalized products (unless defective or damaged)

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at bridget@lakewishco.com. Exchanges will only be processed for items that are in stock. If the item you wish to exchange is no longer available, a refund will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with photos and details of the damage, and we will resolve the issue.
